Life is a crapshoot!
It is the 80/20 rule – in reverse.
In reverse because 80% of the people we work with (and that’s Realtors, Agents, homeowners, and other professionals) are really great people to work alongside.
What makes them great to work with…
My theory is that everyone is passionate about what they do…
But you have to be hungry to be really good at what you do.
And the 80% we like working with are hungry. When you are hungry you have a keen eye – stealth radar – of how best to meet your goals.
And meeting your goals means you have to be:
1. on time – in fact, how about early!
2. answer calls – promptly.
3. return emails – promptly.
4. Under promise and over deliver!
But you knew that – right?
The other 20% are riff raff. And we avoid them like the plague…
